Your Consultation
Before I arrive, we speak privately about your goals, your body, and what you want to walk away feeling. Your session is built around this conversation—nothing is generic, nothing is guesswork.

I Come to You
I travel with everything I need—professional-grade equipment, all supplies, and a fully prepared treatment protocol. You receive me in your home, hotel, or a preferred private space. Setup is seamless.

The Session
Each session uses a combination of ultrasound cavitation, RF skin tightening, wood therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, vacuum therapy, and a sauna wrap finish. Modalities are layered strategically to create cumulative, visible results—not just temporary relief.

Aftercare & Results
You leave with a personalized aftercare plan—what to eat, what to avoid, how to move—to extend and protect your results. Multi-day packages include daily sessions that build on each other for compounded transformation.

3–4 Hours · 1 Client · Single Session
Targeted sculpting on your priority area—tummy, waist, booty, or lower body—paired with lymphatic drainage and a personalized aftercare plan. The ideal experience before a trip, event, or shoot when you want to look and feel your best, fast.
6–8 Hours · 1–3 Clients · Multi-Session
Multiple sculpting sessions across your key areas, with lymphatic drainage woven throughout. The compounded effect of back-to-back treatments creates a noticeably different result than a single session. Ideal for solo clients wanting deeper work, or small groups of two to three.

This is the experience women request most. Over two to three consecutive days, I deliver daily sculpting sessions with lymphatic work each day—your body responding and releasing in real time. You receive a personalized transformation protocol, daily nutrition guidance, and a full aftercare blueprint. Optional content creation available. This is a commitment to your body. The results reflect that.

Why Bodied
There are many people who offer body services. There is only one Bodied method.
The difference is in the layering. Most providers offer one or two modalities. The Bodied method uses six, sequenced specifically for your body and your goals in that session. It is not a protocol applied to everyone the same way — it is a curated treatment built in real time, by someone who has spent years studying how the body responds to targeted sculpting work.
The travel experience adds another layer: full privacy, complete focus, and zero friction. You are not sharing a waiting room. You are not fitting yourself into someone else's schedule. You receive an expert, in your space, giving your body her full and undivided attention.
